    • All MindTek Peptides products are strictly sold for non-human experimental purposes, including laboratory and research use only.
    • These products are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications.
    • Buyers must be of legal age and ensure the legality of these products in their location.
    • Buyers assume full responsibility for any misuse and legal infractions related to the use of MindTek products.

    No Patent Infringement or Product Recommendation

    • Listing of a material on the MindTek website does not imply a license to use it in violation of any patent, nor does it recommend its use in such a manner.

    Qualified Handling

    • MindTek products should be handled only by individuals who are qualified and trained in laboratory procedures.

    Buyer Responsibilities

    • Buyers acknowledge potential hazards associated with these products, including health and safety risks.
    • Buyers must be aware of and comply with industrial hygiene controls, government regulations, and necessary warnings related to the handling and use of MindTek products.

    Sales Limitation and Chargeback Policy

    • MindTek reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to ineligible customers.
    • Chargebacks will result in severe consequences, including placement on a no-sell list. Issues should be addressed directly with MindTek for resolution.
    • MindTek is not liable for consequential damages arising from the use of their products.

    Indemnification

    • By purchasing, buyers agree to indemnify MindTek from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising from the possession, handling, or use of the product.

    Use of Cosmetic Products

    • Cosmetic products from MindTek must only be used topically and should not be ingested.
    • All other materials are intended for laboratory and research use only, and buyers are responsible for any misuse.

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds are only possible in cases of shipment error or if product purity is not as specified.
    • Refunds require return of items at the buyer's expense.
    • A $50 per transaction fee applies for refunds on unshipped orders.
    • In case of missing items, contact MindTek for resolution after verification.
    • All orders are documented and photographed to prevent fraudulent claims.

    International Orders

    • International customers must ensure the legality of importation of peptides and research chemicals before ordering.
    • MindTek is not responsible for customs hold ups, seizures, charges, or delays.
    • No refunds or chargebacks are accepted on grounds related to customs issues.

    Privacy and Security

    • MindTek guarantees the confidentiality of personal and transaction details.
    • Personal information like name, address, or purchase history is secure and inaccessible to others.
    • MindTek does not store credit card information, and all transactions are SSL encrypted for protection.

These Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimer govern your submission of the Mindtek Partnership Inquiry Form and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations between you (hereafter referred to as "Partner", "you", or "your") and Mindtek ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting this form, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

    You affirm that all information provided in the Partnership Inquiry Form is accurate, complete, and true to the best of your knowledge. You understand that providing falsified information, intentionally or accidentally, may result in immediate disqualification from partnership consideration and potential legal action.

    The information collected through this form will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating potential partnership opportunities with Mindtek. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

     

    No Guarantee of Partnership
    Submission of this form does not guarantee a partnership with Mindtek. Any partnership will be subject to further discussions, due diligence, and a separate written agreement signed by both parties outlining the terms of the partnership.

     

    Liability Limitation
    Mindtek will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the information provided in the Partnership Inquiry Form or any falsified information you provide.

     

    Legal Disputes
    In the event of a dispute arising from or related to the information provided in the Partnership Inquiry Form or these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Singapore under the subsidiary holding company of MindTek. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

     

    Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Mindtek reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued submission of information to Mindtek after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

    By submitting the Partnership Inquiry Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimer. You also represent that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these terms.
