Unshipped orders canceled by the customer are subject to a restocking and administrative fee equivalent to USD $50 (IDR equivalent).

• MindTek bears no liability for damages arising from customer handling, storage, or misuse.

6. Payment & Pre-Order Terms

Full payment is required before order processing or shipment

Pre-orders require full advance payment prior to production

Estimated manufacturing timelines: 10–15 working days

Pre-orders are non-refundable for up to 25 working days once production has commenced

7. Privacy & Data Protection

MindTek maintains strict confidentiality of customer data.

All transactions are SSL-encrypted

Payment card information is never stored

Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian data protection regulations.

8. Risk & Liability Disclaimers

Improper Use Disclaimer
All risks associated with handling, storage, or application of MindTek products are assumed solely by the purchaser.

No Restocking or Exchanges
Due to controlled handling and quality standards, products are not restocked or exchanged once shipped.

MindTek Order and Partnership Terms & Conditions

By submitting an order or partnership inquiry with MindTek, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

1. Legal Use of MindTek Products

All MindTek products, including but not limited to peptides and related compounds, are strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.

They are not intended for:

Human or animal consumption

Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use

Use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals

Any attempt to repurpose MindTek products outside of controlled laboratory research settings constitutes misuse. MindTek assumes no responsibility or liability for improper, unauthorized, or off-label use.

To protect proprietary processes and ensure security, MindTek does not disclose manufacturing or testing laboratory locations. All products are produced and tested in facilities that meet stringent internal quality standards and undergo rigorous quality assurance prior to shipment.

2. Shipping & Handling (Indonesia Only)

MindTek ships exclusively within Indonesia, including Bali.
We do not ship internationally under any circumstances.

Orders are packaged between 2:00–3:00 PM (WITA/WIB) on working days.

Shipments are dispatched between 3:00–4:00 PM on working days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Indonesian public holidays.

MindTek follows strict internal handling standards to maintain product integrity during transit. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

3. Quality Assurance & Replacement Policy

MindTek guarantees peptide purity.

If a product is demonstrated to be:

Below 97% purity, or

Materially different from the labeled compound

as confirmed by third-party CLIA- or CAP-certified HPLC testing, MindTek will:

Replace the affected product(s), and

Cover reasonable HPLC testing costs.

Replacement claims require:

Clear, continuous, unedited video documentation of the unboxing and reconstitution process

Testing documentation from a qualified laboratory

Claims without full documentation will be denied.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Proper Handling

Products must be handled only by qualified personnel familiar with laboratory safety and research procedures.

MindTek:

Does not provide usage, dosage, mixing, or application instructions

Does not authorize resale or redistribution

Does not support unauthorized applications

Repeated requests for usage or application guidance may result in permanent account termination.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Availability at the delivery address

Proper receipt and immediate inspection upon delivery

No refunds or replacements will be issued if products are unattended, mishandled, or compromised after delivery.

5. Sales, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once shipped.

No refunds or exchanges are offered except in cases of:

Verified shipment error, or

Confirmed purity failure under Section 3

Any discrepancies (missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video evidence.
