MindTek - Usage and Policy Guidelines

Introduction

By submitting the Mindtek Order or Partnership Inquiry Form, you agree to these terms.

Legal Use of MindTek Products

• MindTek peptides are sold strictly for non-human experimental purposes, including laboratory and research use.
• These products are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications.
• Buyers must ensure the legality of these products in their location and be of legal age.
• Buyers assume full responsibility for misuse and any legal infractions.

No Patent Infringement or Product Recommendation

• Listing a material on the MindTek website does not imply a license to use it in violation of any patent, nor does it recommend such use.

Non-Disclosure of Laboratories

MindTek does not and will not disclose the laboratories it uses for manufacturing and testing its products. This policy is in place to protect proprietary processes, ensure security, and maintain competitive advantage. Buyers can be assured that all laboratories meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Shipping & Batching Of Orders

• Mindtek ships all orders between 3-4 pm on working days and Saturday. Sundays are closed.
• For instant gojek or grab orders products will ship between 10-12pm and 2-4pm during working days.
• All orders after 4pm will be shipped the following day as informed above.

Mindtek Peptide Quality Assurance Policy:

At Mindtek, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for our peptides. Therefore, we offer a robust quality assurance policy:

1. Purity Guarantee: If any peptide is found to be less than 98% pure, contains TFA salt, or differs from the labeled product, Mindtek will take full responsibility.

2. Testing and Replacements: We will not only replace the affected peptides but also refund the entire order.

3. Testing Costs: Additionally, Mindtek will cover the cost of the High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing performed at approved third-party facilities.

This policy ensures that our customers can trust the integrity and quality of the products they receive from Mindtek.

Qualified Handling

• Mindtek products should be handled only by qualified and trained individuals in laboratory procedures.
• Mindtek does not and will not provide instructions on usage, dosages, mixing or application. By ignoring this and persisting in asking staff it may result in a perminent ban from Mindtek
• Mindtek has had multiple imposters copy and arrive into the market in SEA and Mindtek has third party tested these products in the region and found them to not only be innapropriately labeled but dangerous for human or animal consumption and in no way is affiliated with these products and will not give advice via our subsidiaries or direct on these products.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers acknowledge the potential hazards, including health and safety risks.
• Buyers must comply with industrial hygiene controls, government regulations, and necessary warnings related to handling and use.

Sales Limitation and Chargeback Policy

• MindTek reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to ineligible customers.
• Chargebacks will result in severe consequences, including placement on a no-sell list. Issues should be addressed directly with Mindtek for resolution.
• Mindtek is not liable for consequential damages arising from the use of their products.

Indemnification

• By purchasing, buyers agree to indemnify Mindtek from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising from the possession, handling, or use of the product.

Use of Cosmetic Products

• Cosmetic products from MindTek must only be used topically and should not be ingested.
• All other materials are intended for laboratory and research use only, and buyers are responsible for any misuse.

Refund Policy

• All products are 100% non-refundable (except for the policy above) once shipped as these are research products and once they leave our sterile facility we are unable to verify what has or will happen to them.
• Refunds are only possible in cases of shipment error or if product purity is not as specified.
• A $50 per restocking fee applies for refunds on unshipped orders.
• In case of missing items, contact Mindtek for resolution after verification within 24 hours.
• All orders are documented and photographed to prevent fraudulent claims.

Notification of Discrepancies in Delivered Items

• If you discover any discrepancies, such as missing or incorrectly shipped items, upon delivery, you must notify Mindtek within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. To facilitate a prompt and accurate resolution, it is mandatory that your report includes a clear and unaltered video recording of the entire unboxing process. Failure to provide such documentation may result in delays or denial of your claim. Upon verification of the reported issue, Mindtek will take appropriate corrective actions, which may include reshipment of missing items, replacement of incorrect items, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by Mindtek at its sole discretion.
• By purchasing from Mindtek, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that they are enforceable under applicable law. This notification procedure is a material condition of our sales agreement, and failure to comply with these requirements may limit or nullify any claims related to shipment discrepancies.

International Orders

• International customers must ensure the legality of importing peptides and research chemicals before ordering.
• MindTek is not responsible for customs hold-ups, seizures, charges, or delays.
• No refunds or chargebacks are accepted on grounds related to customs issues.
• Mindtek reserves the right to not sell to coutnries that are high risk or pose a potential issue.

Privacy and Security

• MindTek guarantees the confidentiality of personal and transaction details.
• Personal information like name, address, or purchase history is secure and inaccessible to others.
• MindTek does not store credit card information, and all transactions are SSL encrypted for protection.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed in full prior to shipping.
• Pre-order peptides must be completed in full prior to manufacture.

Cryogenics Facility

• The cryogenics facility is closed to the public. All peptides are handled, packaged, and shipped from this facility.

Manufacturing Timelines

• Standard manufacturing takes 5 working days.
• Pre-order peptides take 10-15 days, and this period is non-refundable up to 25 working days.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mindtek reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued submission of information to Mindtek after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

By submitting the Partnership Inquiry Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimer. You also represent that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these terms.
